Each piece at Fifth Gate Mystic is lovingly handcrafted and made-to-order just for you. Because of the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our spiritual tools and the beautiful variations in natural wood, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Metaphysical Claims Disclaimer
All metaphysical properties, spiritual purposes, and folklore-based descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Fifth Gate Mystic makes no guarantees regarding spiritual, metaphysical, or supernatural results. All such descriptions are based on traditional folklore and belief systems. Results and experiences are subjective and individual.
What Makes Each Piece Special
Natural wood is a living material with its own character: variations in grain, color, and texture are what make your piece uniquely yours, not defects. We carefully photograph and describe each item so you know exactly what you're receiving.
Our Commitment to Quality
While we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, we absolutely stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged during shipping:
- Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send us photos of the damage
- We'll work with you to make it right
Sizing and Fit
Detailed sizing information is provided in each product listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all sizing details prior to purchase. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not fit as expected when sizing information was available at the time of purchase. All sales are final on sized or fit-dependent items.
Your Options for Damaged Items:
- Repairable damage: Return the item to us and we will repair it at no charge and send it back to you.
- Unrepairable damage: Return the item to us and we will create a brand new replacement piece for you at no charge.
In all cases, the original item must be returned before a repair or replacement is initiated. This allows us to assess the damage firsthand and maintain the integrity of our process.
We will provide a prepaid return label for all approved damage claims. Labels must be used within 14 days of issuance.
Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier acceptance, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
If your tracking has shown no movement for 15 or more business days past the last scan, please contact us and we will file a lost package claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the claim is approved, we will offer to remake your item at no additional charge. Claim outcomes are determined solely by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows a delivered status but you have not received your package, please first check around your property and with neighbors, as carriers occasionally leave packages in unexpected locations. We also recommend checking with your local post office or carrier facility, as packages are sometimes held or misdelivered.
If the package cannot be located, we encourage you to file a report with your local carrier facility and, for higher-value orders, a police report for porch theft. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support that process. Please note that once a package is marked delivered, responsibility shifts to the carrier and local authorities, and we are unable to guarantee a remedy in these cases.
All claims regarding lost or undelivered shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Repair Services
Talismans and beadwork pieces are constructed from natural and synthetic materials, including waxed cotton cord and nylon, selected for both character and durability. As with all handcrafted pieces, cord wear and eventual breakage under extended long-term use are considered a natural part of the piece's lifecycle rather than a defect.
If your piece experiences cord breakage or structural wear over time, repair and restringing services are available for a nominal fee depending on the extent of restoration needed. Please reach out directly to inquire about returning your piece for restoration to working condition.
